The person or company removing products from packaging materials is under no obligation to return the packaging materials, i.e. the return of such materials is entirely voluntary for our customers.

General conditions for returning packaging materials:

In principle all packaging containers must be completely empty, i.e. drop-free, powder-free, and free of any putty-like material. All packaging containers must be tightly closed and may not display any impurities adhering to the outside surfaces.

Each packaging container must bear the original label or respectively a form of label indicating the last substance it held.
